Qualities & Skills Framework
As part of the NAS ongoing professional development and commitment to consistent practice in Wales the Qualities & Skills framework has been developed to assist adoption social workers and practitioners to strengthen their critical thinking and written analysis skills when assessing prospective adopters. The framework has been designed to be used with any adoption assessment format.
